The Lincoln Lions lacrosse squad scored 7 points and limited the visiting North Smithfield Northmen to 6 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Ponaganset for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 10. Lincoln will clash with a Chieftains squad coming off a 6-4 league win over Tiverton (Tiverton, RI). The Chieftains record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, North Smithfield falls to 6-7 on the year. The Northmen travel to Burrillville (Harrisville, RI) to clash with the Broncos in a Division 3 challenge on Tuesday, May 13. The Broncos go into the challenge with a record of 2-9. Burrillville won 6-5 in their recent league challenge against Toll Gate (Warwick, RI)
