The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Central Dauphin Rams (Harrisburg, PA) and the host Altoona Mountain Lions (Altoona, PA), observed Central Dauphin's softball team prevail over Altoona by a tally of 14-3.

The Rams (14-1) will now prepare for their bout against Lower Dauphin (Hummelstown, PA). The Falcons go into the non-league bout with a 14-5 record. In their last bout, Lower Dauphin knocked off Gettysburg (Gettysburg, PA), 5-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Mountain Lions clash with the Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. Altoona will attempt to advance on its 1-14 season record. The Golden Tigers go into the bout with a 2-16 record after their 9-5 league loss to Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA).
