The Buffalo Gap Bison overwhelmed the visiting Parry McCluer Fighting Blues softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bison meet the Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA) in a Shenandoah challenge, on Friday, May 9. Buffalo Gap will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Green Hornets go into the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Broadway (Broadway, VA).

The Fighting Blues (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Altavista (Altavista, VA). The Colonels go into the non-league challenge with a 4-10 record.
