Virginia High School Softball - Courtland sneaks past Chancellor

The Courtland Cougars (Spotsylvania, VA) softball nipped the host Chancellor Chargers (Fredericksburg, VA), 1-0 in Thursday's league outing.
The Cougars now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caroline for a Battlefield outing on Monday, May 12. Courtland will encounter a Cavaliers team coming off a 8-7 league loss to King George (King George, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, Chancellor moves to 0-15 on the season. The Chargers travel to Caroline (Milford, VA) to encounter the Cavaliers in a Battlefield outing on Tuesday, May 13. The Cavaliers come into the outing with a record of 11-4.
