The Mount Pleasant Green Knights (Wilmington, DE) softball routed the visiting First State Military Academy Bulldogs (Clayton, DE), 17-4 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Green Knights now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hodgson Vo-Tech for a non-league outing on Monday, May 12. Mount Pleasant will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 27-5 league win over McKean (Wilmington, DE). The Eagles record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, First State Military Academy moves to 2-13 on the season. The Bulldogs host ASPIRA Charter (Newark, DE) to encounter the Wolves in a non-league outing on Monday, May 12. The Wolves come into the outing with a record of 0-6.
