Next, the Panthers meet the Manchester Panthers (Akron, OH) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 9. Perry will attempt to advance on its 7-13 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 17-5 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH).

The Bulldogs (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Archbishop Hoban was tipped by Jackson (Massillon, OH), 6-4, in a non-league battle.
