In Thursday's league match, the host Hamden Green Dragons softball team scored a nice 13-1 win over the Wilbur Cross Governors.

The Green Dragons (3-11) will now prepare for their match against Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Chiefs come into the non-league match with a 13-0 record. In their last match, Nonnewaug notched a victory over Gilbert (Winsted, CT), 19-1, in a league match.

In their next game, the Governors confront the Harding Presidents (Bridgeport, CT) in a non-league match, on Saturday, May 10. Wilbur Cross will attempt to better on its 3-11 season record.
