In Thursday's league match, the host Venice Gondoliers softball team scored a nice 17-0 win over the Hamilton Yankees.

The Gondoliers (18-2) will now prepare for their match against Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA). The Lions come into the Western match with a 0-18 record. In their last match, Fairfax was routed by Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA), 14-4, in a league match.

In their next game, the Yankees battle the Los Angeles CES Unicorns (Los Angeles, CA) in a Western match, on Monday, May 12. Hamilton will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Unicorns come into the match with a 4-7 record after their 6-3 league loss to University (Los Angeles, CA).
