Maine High School Softball - Hermon gets by Old Town

May 8, 2025: Hermon, ME 04401

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Hermon Hawks (Hermon, ME) and the visiting Old Town Coyotes (Old Town, ME), observed Hermon's softball team get by Old Town by a final score of 3-2.

The Hawks (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME). The Trojans go into the Class B North bout with a 3-2 record.

In their next game, the Coyotes battle the Orono Riots (Orono, ME) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 13. Old Town will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Riots go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 6-0 league win over Mount View (Thorndike, ME).
