The Kickapoo Panthers softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Weston Silver Eagles to 6 in the Panthers league win on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westby for a non-league battle on Friday, May 9. Kickapoo will confront a Norsemen team coming off a 11-1 league loss to West Salem (West Salem, WI). The Norsemen record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Weston moves to 1-13 on the season. The Silver eagles host North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI) to confront the Trojans in a Ridge & Valley battle on Monday, May 12. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 1-20. North Crawford lost 11-1 in their recent non-league battle against River Ridge (Patch Grove, WI)
