Connecticut High School Softball - Windham bounces Putnam

May 8, 2025: Putnam, CT 06260

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Windham Whippets softball team scored a tight 7-1 win over the Putnam Clippers.

The Whippets (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Wheeler (North Stonington, CT). The Lions come into the Eastern Connecticut - Small match with a 7-6 record.

In their next game, the Clippers battle the Lyman Memorial Bulldogs (Lebanon, CT) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, May 13. Putnam will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record.
