The Northwest Indians baseball squad (Canal Fulton, OH), was overwhelmed 9-3 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Minerva Lions (Minerva, OH)

With the triumph, Minerva moves its record to 11-11 on the season. The Lions travel to Tuslaw (Massillon, OH) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 9. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 13-6. Tuslaw won 5-3 in their recent league contest against Northwest (Canal Fulton, OH)

The Indians now possess a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Norton for a non-league contest on Saturday, May 9. Northwest will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 14-5.
