The Carlson Marauders baseball team scored 18 runs and held the host Roosevelt Bears to 3 in the Marauders non-league win on Friday.

The Marauders now hold a 13-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saline for a non-league test on Saturday, May 9. Carlson will play a Hornets team coming off a 27-3 non-league win over Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 11-3.

With the defeat, Roosevelt drops to 2-8 on the year. The Bears host Airport (Carleton, MI) to play the Jets in a non-league test on Saturday, May 9. The Jets go into the test with a record of 3-7. Airport lost 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI)
