The Benedictine Cadets baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Troup County Tigers to 1 in the Cadets non-league victory on Monday.
The Cadets (29-6) will now prepare for their match against Troup County (LaGrange, GA). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 25-10 record. In their last match, Troup County tipped Marist (Atlanta, GA), 10-5, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (26-11) will now prepare for their match against Benedictine (Savannah, GA). The Cadets go into the non-league match with a 28-5 record. In their last match, Benedictine tipped Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA), 13-3, in a non-league match.
