The Bethlehem Catholic Hawks baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Nazareth Area Blue Eagles to 1 in the Hawks league victory on Monday.
The Hawks (10-10) will now prepare for their match against Pottsville (Pottsville, PA). The Crimson Tide go into the non-league match with a 8-10 record. In their last match, Pottsville was overwhelmed by Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA), 5-4, in a league match.
The Blue Eagles (13-6) will now prepare for their match against William Allen (Allentown, PA). The Canaries go into the Eastern Penn - Steel match with a 2-16 record. In their last match, William Allen was overwhelmed by Northampton (Northampton, PA), 4-2, in a league match.
