In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Grand Junction Central Warriors baseball team scored a nice 30-1 victory over the Mitchell Marauders.
The Warriors (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Durango (Durango, CO). The Demons go into the 5A/4A Southwestern game with a 5-16 record. In their last game, Durango overcame Roaring Fork (Carbondale, CO), 14-3, in a non-league game.
The Marauders (0-17) will now prepare for their game against Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Scorpions go into the non-league game with a 9-11 record. In their last game, Sand Creek overcame Sierra (Colorado Springs, CO), 17-2, in a league game.
