In Monday's non-league battle, the host Western Alamance Warriors soccer squad scored a good 9-0 triumph over the Clover Garden School Grizzlies.
The Warriors (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC). The Eagles come into the Central 3A battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Eastern Alamance thwarted Northwood (Pittsboro, NC), 5-3, in a league battle.
The Grizzlies (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Westover Christian Academy was overwhelmed by Southwest Virginia Home School (Roanoke, VA), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
