In Monday's non-league battle, the host Marian Crusaders soccer squad scored a close 5-3 triumph over the Pius X Thunderbolts.
The Crusaders (17-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 15-1 record. In their last battle, Lincoln Southeast nudged Omaha Westside (Omaha, NE), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
