Emerald Ridge Jaguars (South Hill, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Bethel Bison (Spanaway, WA), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Jaguars now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Curtis for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 11. Emerald Ridge will face a Vikings squad coming off a 28-6 non-league loss to Graham-Kapowsin (Graham, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-15.
In their next game, the Bison clash with the Sumner Spartans (Sumner, WA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 11. Bethel will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Spartans come into the game with a 9-3 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Bonney Lake (Bonney Lake, WA).
