Illinois High School Lacrosse - Lockport overwhelms Lemont

The Lockport Porters lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the host Lemont Lemont HS to 7 in the Porters league win on Monday.
The Porters (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Warriors go into the South Suburban game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, Lincoln-Way West was overwhelmed by Marist (Chicago, IL), 13-7, in a non-league contest.
The Lemont HS now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Normal Community for a South Suburban contest on Saturday, May 14. Lemont will confront a Ironmen squad coming off a 14-1 league loss to Washington (Washington, IL). The Ironmen record now stands at 3-8.
