The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Daniel Lions (Central, SC) and the visiting Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC), saw Daniel's soccer squad get by Powdersville by a count of 2-1.
The Lions now hold a 21-5 record. They play next when they travel to Brookland-Cayce for a non-league test on Friday, May 13. Daniel will meet a Bearcats squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC). The Bearcats record now stands at 20-5.
With the loss, Powdersville drops to 21-3 on the season.
