The Avon Braves softball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Alexander Trojans to 1 in the Braves non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Avon improves its record to 12-0 on the year. The Braves host Warsaw (Warsaw, NY) to clash with the Tigers in a Livingston County Division 2 game on Tuesday, May 10. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 1-4.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Oakfield-Alabama Hornets (Oakfield, NY) in a Class DD game, on Tuesday, May 10. Alexander will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record.
