The Marlboro Central Dukes softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Highland Huskies to 0 in the Dukes league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Marlboro Central moves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Dukes host Rondout Valley (Accord, NY) to clash with the Ganders in a Mid Hudson Athletic game on Tuesday, May 10. The Ganders come into the game with a record of 3-3.

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Spackenkill Spartans (Poughkeepsie, NY) in a Mid Hudson Athletic game, on Wednesday, May 11. Highland will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Spartans come into the game with a 10-1 record after their 12-7 league win over Ellenville (Ellenville, NY).
