The crowd at Monday's league match between the John Glenn Little Muskies (New Concord, OH) and the visiting Sheridan Generals (Thornville, OH), saw John Glenn's softball squad nip Sheridan by a count of 3-1.

The Little Muskies now sport a 18-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maysville for a Muskingum Valley match on Tuesday, May 10. John Glenn will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Crooksville (Crooksville, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 5-10.

With the loss, Sheridan falls to 15-7 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH) to face the Scotties in a Muskingum Valley match on Friday, May 13. The Scotties enter the match with a record of 15-4. Tri-Valley won 12-2 in their recent league match against Coshocton (Coshocton, OH)
