Seneca Bobcats (Erie, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA), 10-5 in a league challenge.
The Bobcats now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwestern for a District 10 Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, May 10.
With the loss, North East falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Grape pickers host Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA) to face the Lakers in a District 10 Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, May 10. The Lakers enter the challenge with a record of 1-9.
