In Monday's league contest, the Prospect Mountain Timberwolves (Alton, NH) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Somersworth Toppers (Somersworth, NH), by a margin of 14-2.
With the triumph, Prospect Mountain moves its record to 10-0 on the year. The Timberwolves travel to Gilford (Gilford, NH) to play the Golden Eagles in a Division III contest on Thursday, May 12. The Golden Eagles come into the contest with a record of 7-2.
In their next game, the Toppers play the Inter-Lakes Lakers (Meredith, NH) in a Division III contest, on Tuesday, May 10. Somersworth will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record.
