Virginia High School Baseball - Carroll County loses to Alleghany

The Alleghany Mountaineers baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Carroll County Cavaliers to 5 in the Mountaineers league victory on Tuesday.
The Mountaineers (14-0) will now prepare for their match against James River (Buchanan, VA). The Knights go into the Three Rivers match with a 7-12 record. In their last match, James River gained a win over Radford (Radford, VA), 16-12, in a league match.
The Cavaliers (11-7) will now prepare for their match against Floyd County (Floyd, VA). The Buffaloes go into the Three Rivers match with a 4-14 record. In their last match, Floyd County was overwhelmed by Glenvar (Salem, VA), 3-0, in a league match.
