The Edwardsburg Eddies baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Niles Vikings to 1 in the Eddies league victory on Tuesday.

The Eddies (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Niles (Niles, MI). The Vikings come into the Wolverine B challenge with a 10-7 record. In their last challenge, Niles was overwhelmed by St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI), 11-1, in a non-league challenge.

With the defeat, Niles falls to 10-9 on the season. The Vikings travel to Edwardsburg (Edwardsburg, MI) to battle the Eddies in a Wolverine B challenge on Tuesday, May 9. The Eddies come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Edwardsburg lost 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN)
