Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) and the visiting Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA), saw Foothill's baseball squad knock off Shasta by a count of 3-1.

Coming up next, the Cougars play the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 12. Foothill will attempt to move on its 12-13 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 18-3 record after their 12-1 league win over Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA).
