The Walpole Timberwolves baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Weymouth Wildcats to 2 in the Timberwolves league victory on Tuesday.
The Timberwolves (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Needham (Needham, MA). The Rockets go into the Bay State - Herget match with a 6-7 record. In their last match, Needham was overwhelmed by Wellesley (Wellesley, MA), 9-2, in a league match.
The Wildcats (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Milton (Milton, MA). The Wildcats go into the Bay State - Herget match with a 14-1 record. In their last match, Milton edged Braintree (Braintree, MA), 5-3, in a league match.
