The Lincoln-Way Central Knights volleyball team (New Lenox, IL), was edged 2-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL)

The Chargers (15-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL). The Griffins come into the Southwest Suburban challenge with a 27-5 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln-Way East nudged Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights encounter the Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL) in a Southwest Suburban challenge, on Thursday, May 11. Lincoln-Way Central will attempt to move on its 8-23 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 10-13 record after their 2-0 league loss to Lockport (Lockport, IL).
