In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Morse Shipbuilders lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Gardiner Tigers.
The Shipbuilders now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edward Little for a non-league test on Thursday, May 11. Morse will face a Red Eddies squad coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Nokomis (Newport, ME). The Red Eddies record now stands at 2-4.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Erskine Academy Eagles (South China, ME) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 12. Gardiner will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 13-1 league loss to Maranacook (Readfield, ME).
