The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Eastern Montgomery Mustangs (Elliston, VA) and the visiting Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA), saw Eastern Montgomery's soccer squad triumph over Riverheads by a count of 8-2.

The Mustangs now hold a 14-0 record. They play next when they travel to Patrick County for a non-league test on Thursday, May 11. Eastern Montgomery will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Riverheads drops to 3-9 on the season. The Gladiators host Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA) to meet the Green Hornets in a Shenandoah test on Friday, May 12. The Green Hornets come into the test with a record of 12-0. Wilson Memorial won 4-1 in their recent league test against Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA)
