In Tuesday's non-league game, the host East Providence Townies baseball team scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Cranston West Falcons.
The Townies (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Cumberland (Cumberland, RI). The Clippers go into the non-league game with a 4-1 record.
The Falcons (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI). The Chieftains go into the non-league game with a 11-3 record. In their last game, Ponaganset tipped Burrillville (Harrisville, RI), 5-4, in a non-league game.
