The Turner Ashby Knights soccer team scored 3 points and limited the host Rockbridge County Wildcats to 0 in the Knights league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Knights face the Spotswood Trailblazers (Penn Laird, VA) in a Valley contest, on Thursday, May 11. Turner Ashby will attempt to better on its 11-4 season record. The Trailblazers enter the contest with a 12-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA).
The Wildcats now have a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they host Harrisonburg for a Valley contest on Thursday, May 11. Rockbridge County will face a Blue Streaks team coming off a 9-0 league win over Broadway (Broadway, VA). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 8-3.
