Case Cardinals (Swansea, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Apponequet Regional Lakers (Lakeville, MA), 10-2 in a league challenge.

The Cardinals now own a 13-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seekonk for a South Coast game on Friday, May 12.

In their next game, the Lakers clash with the Seekonk Warriors (Seekonk, MA) in a South Coast game, on Thursday, May 11. Apponequet Regional will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 5-5 record after their 16-9 league loss to Dighton-Rehoboth Regional (North Dighton, MA).
