Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hellgate Knights (Missoula, MT), 30-2 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now sport a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Sentinel for a AA Western challenge on Thursday, May 11. Big Sky will face a Spartans squad coming off a 17-0 non-league win over Butte (Butte, MT). The Spartans record now stands at 10-5.

With the loss, Hellgate falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Flathead (Kalispell, MT) to face the Braves/Bravettes in a AA Western challenge on Thursday, May 11. The Braves/Bravettes enter the challenge with a record of 2-11. Flathead lost 10-3 in their recent league challenge against Helena (Helena, MT)
