The Poynette Pumas (Poynette, WI) softball routed the visiting Lodi Blue Devils (Lodi, WI), 12-5 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Pumas (15-1) will now prepare for their bout against Lake Mills (Lake Mills, WI). The L-Cats go into the Capitol - North bout with a 12-4 record. In their last bout, Lake Mills held off Lakeside Lutheran (Lake Mills, WI), 14-5, in a league bout.

The Blue Devils now possess a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Luther Prep for a Capitol - North bout on Friday, May 12. Lodi will confront a Phoenix squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Columbus (Columbus, WI). The Phoenix record now stands at 2-9.
