Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Northumberland Indians (Heathsville, VA), 30-0 in a league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 17-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colonial Beach for a Northern Neck challenge on Thursday, May 11. Rappahannock will face a Drifters squad coming off a 19-1 league loss to Essex (Tappahannock, VA). The Drifters record now stands at 6-7.

With the loss, Northumberland moves to 0-15 on the season. The Indians host Lancaster (Lancaster, VA) to face the Red Devils in a Northern Neck match on Wednesday, May 10. The Red Devils go into the match with a record of 6-12. Lancaster won 14-8 in their recent league match against Westmoreland (Montross, VA)
