The Agawam Brownies baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Belchertown Orioles to 0 in the Brownies non-league victory on Thursday.
The Brownies (5-8) will now prepare for their match against West Springfield (West Springfield, MA). The Terriers go into the Valley match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, West Springfield gained a win over Pope Francis Prep (Springfield, MA), 4-1, in a non-league match.
The Orioles (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Chicopee (Chicopee, MA). The Pacers go into the non-league match with a 4-12 record. In their last match, Chicopee was overwhelmed by Palmer (Palmer, MA), 13-3, in a non-league match.
