In Thursday's non-league test, the host Georgetown Visitation Prep Cubs lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-6 victory over the Potomac School Panthers.
The Cubs now have a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart for a non-league test on Saturday, May 11. Georgetown Visitation Prep will face a squad coming off a 18-2 non-league win over Episcopal (Alexandria, VA). The record now stands at 8-2.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 14. Potomac School will attempt to move on its 12-7 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 18-5 record after their 13-4 non-league loss to St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA).
