Prince George Royals (Prince George, VA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Meadowbrook Monarchs (Richmond, VA), 3-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Royals confront the Matoaca Warriors (Chesterfield, VA) in a Central challenge, on Tuesday, May 14. Prince George will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record.

The Monarchs now have a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they host Matoaca for a Central challenge on Monday, May 13. Meadowbrook will confront a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 league win over Hopewell (Hopewell, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 11-1.
