In Thursday's league test, the visiting West Genesee Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a good 17-9 victory over the Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars.

The Wildcats now have a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jamesville-DeWitt for a non-league test on Saturday, May 11. West Genesee will face a Red Rams squad coming off a 18-4 league win over East Syracuse-Minoa (East Syracuse, NY). The Red Rams record now stands at 11-2.

In their next game, the Northstars face the Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets (Manlius, NY) in a Section 3 CNYCL - American test, on Tuesday, May 14. Cicero-North Syracuse will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Hornets go into the game with a 10-4 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Pittsford (Pittsford, NY).
