Kentucky High School Softball - Greenup County can't hold off Blazer

The Blazer Tomcats softball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Greenup County Musketeers to 7 in the Tomcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Blazer improves its record to 11-11 on the year. The Tomcats travel to Boyle County (Danville, KY) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league game on Saturday, May 11. The Rebels come into the game with a record of 10-12. Boyle County lost 13-2 in their recent non-league game against Sacred Heart (Louisville, KY)
In their next game, the Musketeers clash with the Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 11. Greenup County will attempt to improve on its 18-6 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 24-4 record after their 4-3 non-league win over North Laurel (London, KY).
