The Mount Pleasant Green Knights routed the host First State Military Academy Bulldogs softball squad by a final score of 13-2 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Green Knights (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Odyssey Charter (Wilmington, DE). The Owls go into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Odyssey Charter notched a victory over Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE), 9-3, in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now possess a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Newark Charter School for a Diamond State battle on Friday, May 10. First State Military Academy will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Sussex Academy (Georgetown, DE). The Patriots record now stands at 6-8.
