Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) and the visiting Reno Huskies (Reno, NV), witnessed Galena's softball squad prevail over Reno by a count of 15-0.

The Grizzlies now sport a 9-22 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Manogue for a non-league match on Friday, May 10. Galena will meet a Miners squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Miners record now stands at 22-10.

With the loss, Reno moves to 4-20 on the season.
