Two Rivers Warriors (Mendota Heights, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN), 10-8 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to North for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 10. Two Rivers will battle a Polars squad coming off a 7-2 non-league win over South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN). The Polars record now stands at 11-2.

With the loss, Hill-Murray falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Tartan (Oakdale, MN) to battle the Titans in a Classic Suburban challenge on Friday, May 10. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 12-5. Tartan lost 7-4 in their recent league challenge against Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN)
