West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA), 11-0 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now sport a 17-1 record. They take the field next when they host Curwensville for a Inter County - North challenge on Monday, May 13. West Branch will face a Golden Tide squad coming off a 7-2 league win over Williamsburg (Williamsburg, PA). The Golden Tide record now stands at 14-4.

With the loss, Moshannon Valley falls to 1-15 on the campaign. The Black knights/damsels travel to Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA) to face the Colts in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 10. The Colts enter the challenge with a record of 8-10. Northern Cambria lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against River Valley (Blairsville, PA)
