The Academy of American Studies Eagles (Queens, NY) baseball trounced the host Long Island City Bulldogs (Long Island City, NY), 17-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Aviation for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12.
With the defeat, Long Island City drops to 1-11 on the year. The Bulldogs host Lane (Brooklyn, NY) to clash with the Knights in a PSAL Queens - A West challenge on Monday, May 12. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 2-8.
