Indiana High School Baseball - Alexandria-Monroe loses to Lapel

The Alexandria-Monroe Tigers baseball squad (Alexandria, IN), was overwhelmed 10-2 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Lapel Bulldogs (Lapel, IN)

With the triumph, Lapel moves its record to 17-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Mississinewa (Gas City, IN) to confront the Indians in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 10. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 8-6. Mississinewa won 3-1 in their recent league contest against Madison-Grant (Fairmount, IN)

The Tigers now possess a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wes-Del for a non-league contest on Monday, May 12. Alexandria-Monroe will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 7-11.
